In consideration for the opportunity to participate in the publicity campaign for Mortal Kombat II ("Movie"), I agree as follows:

I hereby grant Warner Bros. Pictures Worldwide Marketing, a division of Warner Bros. Distributing Inc. and its affiliated and parent companies, and each of their respective licensees, successors, or assigns (collectively, "Warner") permission to use my Persona and Content (both defined below) in connection with the publicity, advertising and marketing of the Movie and any of the sequels, prequels, or other properties within the Movie's franchise.

"Persona" means my name, image, likeness, voice, biographical information, social media username, any quotes attributable to me, and any other aspect of my person protectable under applicable law. "Content" means materials, work, or media created or owned by me including but not limited to any image, video, artwork, recording, review, text, or performance, as identified by Warner (or its representative) in any communication that is directed to me in furtherance of this agreement.

I understand the license I am granting is perpetual and irrevocable, and that it permits Warner to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, modify, re-create, create other works based off, and otherwise exploit my Content and to use my Persona in relation to the Content, anywhere worldwide and in all media now known or later devised without payment or compensation of any kind. I understand that (a) Warner may sublicense or otherwise transfer the rights I have granted it, (b) that I will have no right to review or approve any use of my Content or Persona, and (c) that Warner has no obligation to use the rights I am granting it. I agree to sign additional documentation or take any other steps reasonably requested by Warner to confirm the rights I have granted. I also irrevocably and unconditionally waive in favor of Warner the benefit of any provision of law known as "moral rights" (or any similar or equivalent rights).

If my Content is based on or incorporates any Movie intellectual property ("Movie IP") - e.g., images, clips, logos, characters, costumes, etc. - I understand and agree that the Movie IP remains sole property of Warner and its licensors (as applicable), that I acquire no right of any kind in that Movie IP, and that I will make no claim or demand related to the Movie IP.

I represent that the Content, excluding Movie IP, is my own original creation, that no permission from or payment to any third party is required for Warner to use the rights I have granted to it, and that such use will not violate my agreement with any third party (e.g., a talent union/guild, agency, or manager). I further represent that my Content does not infringe upon or violate the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person. If any other person appears, is heard, or is otherwise identifiable in the Content or contributed in any way to the creation of the Content, I confirm that each person has authorized me to make this grant of rights on their behalf and I will provide written evidence of their authorization upon request from Warner.

I release Warner and all persons acting under its authority from any claim, demand, or liability arising out of or related to use of my Content or Persona. I represent that I am a legal adult in my place of residence and capable of entering into this agreement. If any part of this agreement is held contrary to applicable law, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

I authorize Warner to process any personal data I have provided for the purpose of exercising the rights granted in this agreement. I acknowledge that Warner may process my personal data in accordance with its privacy policy, available at https://policies.warnerbros.com/privacy/.
