Neither this grant, nor the request for this grant, is intended to diminish Warner's right to use the Reaction if and to the extent it would otherwise be permitted to do so by applicable laws. If any part of this agreement is contrary to law, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect. This supersedes any previous agreement relating to the use of the Reaction.
